RPM
Launch Control RPM. Please note that for vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, it is not recommended to set the RPM higher than the Stall Speed – the point at which torque is transferred from the engine to the transmission and the vehicle begins to move. Otherwise, increased load may lead to transmission damage.
Built-In Protections
If the catalytic converter temperature exceeds 900°C, the function will be disabled. However, the mode will remain active and ready to resume operation once the temperature normalizes. Keep in mind that on the vast majority of vehicles, the temperature is modeled rather than measured, as actual exhaust gas temperature sensors are not installed. As a result, if any component of the exhaust system is non-stock or a different type of fuel is used, the calculation may be inaccurate. For this reason, the protection can be disabled if needed.
Just like with mode selection, Launch Control settings provide feedback from the vehicle. If the setting value is not accepted by the vehicle for any reason, it will not change in the app.
If two control units are installed and one of them does not accept the value (for example, due to low battery voltage or if one unit is disconnected from the vehicle), the app will attempt to synchronize the settings across both units.
